About Natasha
During her training Natasha completed a Post-graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN), King’s College London. She is trained as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, being fully accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). She started seeing clients for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for adult ADHD (including the co-facilitation of psycho-education groups), as she had always had an interest in neurodevelopmental disorders, in particular ADHD. She found working with this client group so enjoyable that she expanded her Special Interest sessions to include the diagnostic assessment and medical management of clients with adult ADHD, and the diagnostic assessment and management of clients with adult ASD. She has a particular passion for bringing further psychological expertise and provision to this client group.
