Arranging a consultation
If you wish to arrange a consultation with a member of our team please call our administrator on 0203 322 5532 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can offer you an appointment at the earliest convenient time.
Making a referral
Whilst we will accept self-referrals we would strongly advise you ask your GP to refer you, as they can then provide details of your previous medical history that may be relevant. This will help ensure a more efficient and comprehensive assessment, and help avoid delays in providing your completed report and treatment advice. You or your GP can make a referral by contacting Janet in our admin team on 0203 322 5532, or email us.
Price list of services
Please see the assessment and treatment sections of the Adult and Children pages for a list of our packages and costs. If you have any questions or are not sure what is right for you, do get in touch and we would be happy to discuss your needs.
Can you be assessed or receive follow up remotely?
We make every effort to make our services accessible and convenient and we are very happy to provide our services remotely for example via phone calls, skype or videoconferencing if it is clinical appropriate. We have a lot of experience of piloting innovative telemedicine solutions and will assess each case to make sure we provide the most appropriate solution. If you are interested in being seen remotely, please mention this when you contact us.
How soon can you be seen?
We offer assessments and follow up appointments across the week including evenings and weekends. We will respond to initial enquiries within 24 hours and we can usually give you an appointment within 3 weeks.
What is included in your assessment?
The assessment includes collection of questionnaires and additional relevant information, direct consultation with a consultant psychiatrist and a comprehensive specialist psychiatric report for your approval within 2 weeks. The report can occasionally be delayed if we need to gather further information to compete the assessment, if this is the case, we will of course discuss this with you. The assessment does not include treatment initiation.
Crisis or emergency care
Please note that we are not able to offer a crisis or an emergency service. We strongly advise you to contact your GP or go to your local A&E department to access emergency psychiatric services.
